Having just finished a 12 month lease as tenants in a house managed by online property, we have to say from start to finish they have been an absolute pleasure to deal with.

We found Brett, Cassie and the team to be professional, communicative, friendly and quick to action any issues we had with the property.

This is a pro- landlord agency, put aside all the things that didn’t repair when we start our lease (they argue lack of tradies, but other agency said otherwise. they emphasize on select tenants thoroughly but hand over keys to tenants with a long list of things still broken to be fixed), when we decided to break lease they managed to take one month to find a new tenant to take over our break lease, which in total cost us almost 3k.

Strangest logic is the garage door which was able to be opened by one hand on our move-in date when there was no electricity, I’m aware it is my responsibility to connect electricity, however the agency said it is simply because it has been manually disengaged and required power to lock the garage door, in other words if there’s a electricity outage, the resident would have to disengaged manually and untill the electricity come back on the door remain unsecured? I have called garage door installers and they have not heard of such a thing.

after 2.5 weeks of waiting, with zero communication or updates, I notified them that i have seek legal advice, then suddenly a new tenant was found the following week. It is ridiculous that it took one month to find new tenant in this rental competitive environment.

The professionalism of Brett and Cassie is commendable! I would recommend this team to any landlord or tenant. Our tenancy could not have been any more seamless. Brett went above and beyond on many occasions. He made himself available after hours and on a weekend to assist us with signing the tenancy and collecting keys to move in, this was so very appreciated. Maintenance issues were dealt with quickly and professionally every time.

Cassie was so prompt in returning emails and answering any queries we had, often the response was immediate! In such a busy rental market, this level of service would be hard to find anywhere else! Our exit process was a dream, could not have asked for a more streamlined process.
