Rock made our rental transition easy with extremely helpful & professional staff.

No communication, enter your property without authorisation, the yard was overgrown and full of weeds when I moved in, I got evicted for having weeds in my front garden, and parking the trailer out the front, I found out they inspected my house without my knowing, no authorisation what so ever, house was left spotless , garden weeded, lawns mowed, yet they are trying to claim my whole bond, the worst and most unprofessional real estate I have ever dealt with, Sarah Wyman refused to communicate, mark the property manager is yet to contact me, I received a notice of claim in my email, that’s it.. avoid at all costs… absolute disgrace.. and finally this is the maroochydore office, kontiki towers

Rock do not care about the houses they manage. We’ve had nothing but issues with tenants living next door. They neglect the yard and front of the house. They have aggressive dogs who broke the fence and want to attack my kids.

We’ve contacted Rock so many times in relation to the tenants and their attitudes towards us and other neighbours and the state of the outside of the house. What have they done? Nothing. Just a “thank you for your concern” then just do nothing.

We have rented for a combined 38 years in Noosa and surrounding areas. During that time we have rented 2 properties with Rock with a combined total of 9yrs and have found Belinda (our previous property manager) and Sarah our current property manager to be outstanding. Belinda made our experience with both properties pleasurable and catered for us in a friendly but professional manner. Sarah has definitely upheld the relationship we had with Belinda and has continued with Rocks friendliness and professionalism. I would strongly recommend Sarah and Rock Properties for a rental.
