You know when rent hikes have reached OUTRAGEOUS levels when a 20 % rent hike is mentioned by the Queensland Premier at a Housing Summit as being way out of order and that it NEEDS TO STOP. Personally, I have seen it for myself. Vacated a house in Palm Street, Nambour. We were paying a very fair $380 per week. Following our exit the property was For Lease through Blue Moon Nambour for $550 per week. (No nothing was changed or improved on the property). In fact at $170 per week increase that was a 30 % rent hike. TOTALLY OUTRAGEOUS!!! And, nothing but pure greed and exploitation of Tenants. And, your promotion on your website literally demonising Tenants. Yes, a graphic of a Tenant with demon’s horns on their head. Be Warned Tenants. You Are Not Welcome at this Agency.
