If I could give a zero I would. Currently have 3 properties being managed by these guys and the service is atrocious. Rent not being paid in full and not chased up, quotes for work to be done and not being followed up, call the office and no one ever picks up, always goes to message bank, no one has a mobile to be contacted. Staff changeover often, not being updated when there is a new person coming in, lack of reply to emails…. The list goes on! They are cheap for a reason. You get what you pay for and in this case you’re hardly even getting that.

Don’t recommend these guys, have made calls to the agent, always get voicemail – no call back and same for emails… These agents need to start pulling their heads out and doing their job…

I worked for little real estate as a cleaning supplier/contractor. I have been providing my services for several years however they owed me around $3000 since last 8 months. I contacted each and everyone (customer service manager, area manager, office manager & property managers) no one is even replying to my emails most of the time. I begged everyone that I needed those money to help my employees for this Xmas. They didn’t even bother about us. Extremely terrible service. If you’re a supplier please think twice before providing your service. Most of the time all their phone numbers are diverted to overseas customer service agents.
