Cherie was extremely professional, organised and approachable, helping us land our property with ease and no stress. We are so grateful to Cherie and Century 21 for looking after us so well. The property manager for my lease was recently changed to Century 21 Caloundra. I was very impressed by Cherie, her professional manner and reasonableness. She was very helpful with navigating and signing a lease renewal.
Centuary 21 have been excellent to deal with- Cherie has gone above and beyond with leasing out my property and has a very professional but personable manner.

Property management at Century Lifestyle Caloundra is in good hands. We have had our Glasshouse property managed by Cherie for the past twelve months. The previous management (not Century 21) we inherited with purchase of the property had allowed it to deteriorate and it and the tenants were poorly managed. We have had a variety of rental properties over the past 20 years and have suffered a broad range of property managers. This experience has enabled us to sort the “wheat from the chaff”. With our current property we sought a manager who listened and understood our approach and principles, who manages both the asset and the tenants, and most importantly who can communicate. A preferred requisite of ours is that we are treated as if it seems we were their only client. Cherie ticks all the boxes. She provided professional advice from the get-go with presentation recommendations prior to letting. She provided only suitable applicants for review and discussed our options. Our tenants are quality, and we are comfortable both with the care of the property and management of tenants. Cherie is a great and enthusiastic communicator who contacts us, not only when there are issues, or normal rental activity, but also just to check in and make sure all is well. We are very happy with our choice of manager and would not hesitate to recommend to any owners who would like to experience professional property management as it should be.
Cherie and the team are absolutely fantastic at looking after our property and with communication in ways I didn’t even expect. They are all very friendly and professional and I highly recommend them.
Sadly I would not recommend and suggest to actively avoid any contact wth this propert management service at Caloundra QLD site .
Previously I found them to be professional but more recently there has been a lack of professional communication with change of property manager – with no communication of this – to resolve basic issues to the point I am leaving their property management .
This is a gift that keeps on giving even after I have moved to another property manager who is professional and helpful .
Examples of frankly appalling lack of management include :
Today a call from the new manager to say a pool pump fixed and installed 8 months ago was never paid . The lovely pool
Person not paid and I was told he had been.
The statements sent were impossible to follow and I had to call to ask what was happening .
Charged a break lease fee tenants were to pay when they left with 2 weeks notice . Repaid when queried.
No communication re dates tenants left or when new ones moving in . No inspection report or update on state of houses- reassured would be fine – it was not .
Called office admin to get some communication of new tenants .
No copy lease given had to request – admin were lovely thank you .
Then had tenants break lease – 2 weeks notice refuse to pay rent owed. . Poor manager left I have no doubts why – appalling agency .
New manager advised me house was unclean , gardens a mess . Bond paid to prior tenants by prior agency with- no communication.
I had costs then to clean etc – appalled that I new tenants into a untidy house/ garden.
Immaculate when first rented – professional bond clean not done on exit . It’s my home .
Tenants removed garage storage shelves to under house – left .
Manager refused to ask to have them returned .
I consider myself a kind landlord as this is my house . Moved south to support family in Covid – likely I’ll be back want house in good shape .
I never raised the rent in nearly 2 yrs of rental to the one tenant and feel it does not pay to be considerate to people struggling to find rentals on the coast .
I have never experienced such unprofessional management – this review is to highlight issues so others don’t have the same awful experience .
I don’t normally complain but the unwillingness of the manager Rachel Harrett of this team to even speak to me is most unprofessional and my only recourse is this review which I prefer not to write for a simple matter which could be resolved by good customer care , sone action and listening .
In short if you want good property management – do not go here .
