All of these words apply to Petro & Rene. Petro is that rare breed amongst real estate agents. Just take a look at his Innov8 blog to get a feel for his character. We had an unusually large home on acreage to sell, and we knew it would take time. Rather than try to beat us down on price, Petro used his knowledge and skill to bring only sincere buyers our way. He respected the way we wished to market our home – no open homes, no surprise last minute inspections and no time-wasters. What struck me, was that when I was at a low point, I told him I would drop the price by a lot. He could have run with that, but did not. In fact he brought us great offer that sold us – that is integrity.

He was always there to answer our questions and provided information and updates regularly. He suggested tweaks to our marketing campaign as housing market conditions changed and eventually brought us the perfect buyers. There is not anything I would change about our sale. Petro became a friend, even though I know I drove him nuts with particulars about our sale. He is such a good genuine bloke – and with a cheeky sense of humour once you get to know him.

On a personal note, Petro helped immeasurably with our subsequent purchase; offering advice and support through a somewhat difficult process. He did not have to do this.
