Time wasting. They don’t reply even with a few enquires/messages (between 2 and 7 days, so no excuses regardless busier the business is) through email, RE. I could imagine a tenant needing written communication, this is a good test rather phone calls… Saving my English for other agencies and LoLooking somewhere else.

I have never in my years of renting been looked after so well by property management. They are genuinely willing to help and look after us. From inspection to moving in, they have been great to contact and communicate with as they always go above and beyond. It actually feels like I’m living in a home and not just a room for rent. Thank you to the amazing team!!! ❤️

A terrible experience & wish we had never gone with this agency. They gave us the tenants from hell & then refused to act in our best interests as engaged. Would not respond to emails or texts, would not attend to problems & couldn’t get even the basic things like rent payments & tenant references correct.

Don’t even consider them 👎🏼

I was a tenant with property you for 3 years, they were very easy and pleasant to communicate with and kept my place up to great standard. I really appreciated getting 2 months notice when it came to renewing the lease and the rent increases were always fair.

This agency managed our house for nearly two years. The communication from the agency was poor, the advice we were given was not in our best interests and our house was given back to us damaged. We do not recommend this agency, they are overcommitted, unprofessional and dishonest.

Could not recommend this agency enough! We are new tenants with PropertyYou realestate and so far they have made every experience quick and easy, they are prompt with responses and maintenance requests. Everyone I have spoken with have been super lovely and helpful! I even accidentally locked my keys in the house and Jas came to the rescue with a spare within 10 minutes. Great team you have guys!
