We had a less than desirable experience with Remax Nambour in conjunction with Nathan Beasley which is now a matter before the Office of Fair Trading & ACCC. I would encourage you to do your own research before listing with this agent as in our experience the spoken word was as misleading as the paperwork trail. Tristan Brown (Principal) of this agency was also less than professional when issues were identified and raised and he failed to resolve this matter, rather opting to place the blame back onto the clients. I will definitely not be listing any future properties with Remax!

Richard was a very knowledgeable agent in the local property market, as well as a great communicator and negotiator. We were so happy with the outcome of selling our property and could not fault his professionalism and honesty.

INCOMPETENT AND NEGLIGENT. We trusted REMAX to manage our rental property when we moved interstate. 6 months into a 12 month lease we were informed by our ex-neighbour that our property had been empty for a month. Not only had the property manager failed to inform us that the renters had applied to break the lease, they did not do a final inspection for weeks after they had moved out. Complete lack of communication from the property manager. Property manager failed to manage water bills and rates as part of our management deal which lead them to going overdue. Property manager was unable to organise a cleaner in a timely manner to get the property to a state where it was able to have inspections, so i had to drive interstate to do it myself. We went out of pocket thousands of dollars and our own time. Absolutely horrible experience. I would not use this business again.
