Extremely unimpressed with their service. Stacey Downey needs to get off her high horse! 2 inspections with her over a 2 year period and she just looks through you during the inspection. At one inspection, I was the only one and she was on her phone for the 15 minutes that I spent there inspecting the property and no follow up call! She had already written me off! At the other, once again on the phone, but sprung into action when another couple walked in. Unfortunately nobody told her that she shoudn’t judge a book by its cover. Felt very small. Being a surgeon, I guess we are taught to treat everyone equally and with respect. Not in real estate it seems!

We have been looking for a rental on the Sunshine Coast for over 9 months. Most of the time, our applications weren’t even being processed due to the high demands on the Coast. Enter Renee & the McGill team! Renee was extremely responsive, never made us feel like our constant follow ups were annoying and keep us up to date, right up to our application being approved! I cannot thank Renee enough for her professionalism & most of all, her kindness. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
